F → E → E → L

The F → E → E → L framework is a practical process for moving from reaction to intentional response in real time.Face → Express → Examine → LiveIt helps individuals understand what they are feeling, identify what is underneath it, and choose a response that aligns with their values and beliefs.Built from real-world experience and research, this framework is designed to be simple, repeatable, and immediately usable in high-stress environments.

Trauma Informed Narrative Spiritual Care

This framework explains how individuals process experiences, particularly in the context of stress, trauma, and moral complexity. It follows a developmental movement:Experience → Interpretation → Reflection → Meaning → IdentityRather than focusing only on immediate symptoms, this model helps uncover how beliefs are formed, how meaning is constructed, and how identity is shaped over time.It provides a structure for spiritual care that moves beyond a single conversation and supports long-term growth, integration, and transformation. This model informs how chaplains and caregivers engage individuals in understanding their experiences and living forward with clarity and purpose.

What I Do and Offer

  • Emotional Competence

  • Spiritual Care and Meaning

  • Training and Development

My work focuses on helping individuals and leaders understand their experiences, examine the beliefs shaping their responses, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Drawing from both real-world chaplaincy and research, I develop practical frameworks and training that are usable in high-stress, real-life environments. Whether through individual tools, group programs, or professional training, the goal is the same: to move from reaction to intentional, meaningful response.
